TMT Rewards Program
We have some exciting news for our friends, family, past & present clients!
As of April 2020, THE MARKET TEAM is launching a rewards program called TMT
Rewards. This program is designed to honor those who are central to our business, the
clients who we have loved to serve! Simply put, if you have chosen us as your real estate
team of choice, then you are invited to join into the fun of TMT Rewards. We truly
appreciate that you keep us in mind for family, friends, neighbors and colleagues
who are looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate.
So, what is TMT Rewards? It is a way for us to shower you with monthly gift
giveaways, exclusive offers and fun events to show our appreciation for your
business and/or referrals!
There are three levels in our rewards program.
LEVEL 1 = BRONZE
The BRONZE LEVEL includes you in our monthly giveaways. Each month you will receive
an email including details on the “Giveaway of the Month.” If it’s something you are
interested in, simply respond via email to enter to win the gift! Pretty easy, right?!
Respond as soon as possible because there will be a limited number of gifts each
month. Gifts are given on a first come, first serve basis! Sidenote, we ask that the gifts
are to be for you and your immediate family, since this is a thank you for YOU.
You do not need to give us a referral to be in the Bronze Level. We just need to
be your preferred real estate broker!
LEVEL 2 = SILVER
Once you send us a referral or decide to do business with us again, you will be
moved up to the SILVER level of the TMT Rewards Program. As a SILVER Level
Member, you will get your own TMT Rewards Program Starbucks Card preloaded
with $10 on it! Not only that, but the gift card will be reloaded with $10 every
month for the next 5 months.
If you send us another referral within 6 months of the last referral, you get an
additional $25 loaded onto your card, AND your $10 monthly perk extends for 6
MORE MONTHS! These FREE perks can extend as long as you would like, as long
as you keep referring those you know looking to buy, sell, or invest to THE
MARKET TEAM.
If you don’t send us another referral within 6 months of your last referral, you will
drop back down to Bronze Level and will continue to be eligible for the “Giveaway
of the Month” and fun special events! Just send us another referral to make it
back to SILVER Level.
LEVEL 3 = GOLD
You reach the exclusive level in the program, GOLD LEVEL, once you
have sent us 3 referrals over a twelve (12) month period. At this level, you
get everything previously mentioned, as well as invites to exclusive events
and top tier rewards!
So, what is a referral? A referral is when you introduce us to someone
who is considering buying, selling or investing in real estate and is willing to
have a sit down listing appointment or sit down buyer counseling
appointment with one of our team members. That’s right...just provide us
the name and contact info for your referral and once we meet with them,
we will let you know and your reward will be sent. How easy is that??!
Now the GOLD level is the top tier of our program! Congrats if you’ve reached
this level because not only do you get all the added perks of the other two levels,
but you also get to be a part of our elite group!
Watch out for an invite to our Facebook group TMT Rewards in order to stay up
to date with all the rewards giveaways and events! This is invite-only, don’t miss
it!
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Who can participate in the TMT rewards program?
A person who chooses The Market Team as their go to realtor. By either being a
past or present client, or if you refer someone to our team you are automatically
eligible to become a part of the TMT rewards program.
Does the TMT Rewards program cost anything to participate?
Nope! This is a thank you for our clients and to those who continue to
demonstrate their appreciation by referring new clients to us.
How do I make sure I am considered and up to date on the giveaway?
- Be sure we are your go to realtor and the only agent you would recommend to others.
- Respond promptly to emails you receive in regard to the giveaways; they are a first come first serve basis.
- Make sure we have your updated contact information (email, address and phone number) so that you can be promptly notified. Include spouse’s email too if applicable.
- Like and join our private Facebook group for access to the rewards community posts.
How many giveaways is my household eligible for?
There is no limit to how many giveaways you receive in a year. We host a
giveaway once a month and per month you can receive just one giveaway.
Can my spouse and I both enter the giveaway?
Absolutely! The only thing is that you can only receive one giveaway per
household each month.
How will I receive my giveaway?
You can pick up your giveaway at our office. The address is 11109 NE 14 th st, suite
B, Vancouver, WA 98684. Giveaways need to be pickup within 7 days. Under
special circumstance please let us know if you are unable to come pick up within
that time frame.
Do I only need to opt-in once to be included in the monthly giveaways?
For each monthly giveaway we will send you a notification including the giveaway
details in an email. If you would like to be considered, then you must respond to
that particular email. We will host a Facebook live session announcing all the
winners, as well as send out an email and phone call. A complete list of that
month’s winners will be included on the Facebook page as well.
How can I be upgraded to the SILVER and GOLD levels?
To move to the second tier SILVER level all you need is to send us 1 referral within
a 6-month period or use The Market Team to buy or sell a property. To move up
to the third tier GOLD level you just need to send us 3 referrals within a 12-month
period.
What are the SILVER level benefits?
You will receive a Starbucks gift card preloaded with $10 on it and you will
continue to receive $10 loaded on this card once a month for a total of 6 months.
While you are in the SILVER level if you send us another referral then you will get
an additional $25 loaded on your Starbucks card, plus an additional 6 months
added to your term!
What are the GOLD level benefits?
You will receive exclusive invites to our hosted events and exclusive monthly
giveaways! These will also be announced on the Facebook page and via email.
Can I still be included in the giveaways if I become a SILVER or GOLD level
member?
Yes, indeed! Being upgraded to another level does not hinder your eligibility for
the monthly giveaways.
